What causes Retail Shrink?

This is a really persistent problem and it's across the supply chain".
Yet again we find an industry that faces the same challenges than other ones: supply chain and logistic security issues.
Cargo theft, by the means of organized crimes and single attacks, is one of the biggest reasons why retail shrinkage -or retail shrink- is in the billions of dollars per year.
