It’s always nice to see our country of origin, South Africa, in the news! Another inspiring story about insecurity, theft and violen… wait, what?
Yes. It is true: South Africa is a breath-taking country… with a massive criminality problem.
They say that the best founder and companies rise to the occasion solving a problem in their own lives, in their own local markets: making an impact with concrete solutions.
This is so true with us, it almost hurts.
We are a global company with our own representation in 4 different countries and selling across all continents. But our roots are in South Africa.
We have developed our locks for shipping containers in South Africa.
We have tested our shipping container locks in South Africa.
And we are fighting cargo theft in South Africa.
Once you manage to have a product able to defeat people attacking you with heavy weapons, once you manage to keep your clients’ shipping containers locked in spite of the most gruesome and violent attacks, you know: you are ready to work in the whole world.
We hope to see one day South Africa become a safer country.
