Are your containers in remote locations? Are they left unattended for long periods of time? This is for you!
Locks for remote locations
Open your shipping container locks using your smartphone even in the most remote areas:
The authentication between phone and lock is done using NFC (Near Field Communication): touchless technology that does not require an internet access!
NFC is the same technology used for touchless payments (phone, payment cards, smartwatches), it is secure, stable and network-free.
Your or your authorized personnel will be able to open the doors of the container even if the location has no network access.
How? You create the key in advance:
On your laptop, select the user (you or someone else) and authorize the smartphone.
That’s it! The app refreshes automatically, the key is ready to work.
Locks for isolated containers
Inactivity? All Seguratainer locks are equipped with batteries capable to withstand extremely long periods of inactivity, even in the harshest weathers.
Seriously: our batteries have been proven to not only last for thousands of cycles (open, close) but also offer an extraordinary long shel-life.
In any case, NFC requires a very small amount of electricity for the validation between lock and phone, and the locking mechanism itself is mechanical, not electronic: no battery involved.
Conclusion:
Wherever your container is, no matter how long since you last opened it: Seguratainer locks will keep it secured until the right person comes.
